Two aluminum discs (sizes 1" and 3/4") are hand stamped with your loved ones names! The top disc can be stamped with any word for grandma / nana / mom / etc. The bottom disc is personalized with names up to 15 characters.

Three [3] birthstones are included. Please let us know the names and birthstones you need on your necklace in the order notes at checkout. Note that all letters are stamped in our lowercase script style font. The pendant hangs from an 18" oval link chain.
